About ME
Technology Should Solve Business Problems — Not Create More of Them
Hi, I’m Abbas — an independent Technology Consultant & Solution Architect with 10+ years of professional experience across sales, project management, client communication, technology, and digital delivery.
My background gives me a perspective that goes beyond development alone. I understand both sides of a project: what a business is trying to achieve and what needs to happen technically to make it possible.
Whether you’re looking to launch a new digital product, improve an existing system, automate a manual process, or simply figure out the right technology for your business, I help turn the challenge into a practical solution. My role is to understand what you’re trying to achieve, identify where technology can create the most value, and help shape a solution that makes sense both technically and commercially.
I Understand Business Before I Recommend Technology
One of the biggest mistakes in technology projects is starting with the solution before properly understanding the problem. A new website, application, automation, or software platform only creates value when it solves a genuine business need.
I prefer to start with questions. How does your business currently operate? Where are the bottlenecks? What is taking too much time? What isn’t working? And what outcome are you actually trying to achieve?
From there, I look at the available options and recommend an approach that fits your goals, budget, existing systems, and plans for growth. Sometimes that means building something custom. Other times, the better decision is improving or integrating what you already have.
The technology should follow the business need — not the other way around.

MANAGED & DELIVERED
EXPERIENCE BEYOND DEVELOPMENT
My professional journey spans sales, project management, key account management, client communication, solution planning, and digital delivery. That experience allows me to look at technology from both a business and technical perspective.
Because successful technology projects aren’t just about code. They require clear communication, realistic planning, commercial understanding, and someone who can connect the business objective with the technical solution.
Having managed and delivered projects across different industries, I’ve learned that every business has its own processes, customers, challenges, and priorities. I don’t believe in forcing the same solution onto every client. The goal is to understand what will genuinely improve the business and then determine the right way to build it.
When you work with me, you’re not passed between salespeople, account managers, and technical teams. You work directly with me from the initial conversation through planning and delivery, with clear communication throughout the process.
Tell me what you’re trying to achieve, what’s getting in the way, or simply the idea you have in mind. I’ll help you understand the right technology and the best way to move forward.
